1. Nature of Services

Fit Street National School provides digital professional education programs including recorded lectures, live online sessions, assessments, mentorship, and certification. All services are delivered online and constitute digital educational services.

2. Eligibility

• Be 18 years or older
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

The National School reserves the right to deny or revoke access for ineligible users.

3. Enrollment & Access

• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment
• Access credentials are issued electronically
• Access may be time-bound or cohort-based, as specified per course
• Login credentials are personal and non-transferable
• Sharing credentials is strictly prohibited.

4. Fees, Payments & Taxes

• All course fees are clearly disclosed prior to payment
• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payments must be made through authorized payment gateways only
• The National School is not responsible for gateway-related delays or failures

5. No Refund & No Cancellation Policy

All enrollments are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable once access is granted.

• Change of mind
• Non-attendance or non-completion
• Dissatisfaction with content or delivery
• Personal, financial, or professional reasons

6. Course Modifications

• Update, modify, or enhance course content
• Change faculty, mentors, or session schedules
• Alter course structure for academic or operational reasons

Such changes shall not constitute grounds for refunds.

7. Certification & Assessments

• Certificates are issued only upon meeting academic and assessment criteria
• Certification does not imply licensure, government recognition, or employment eligibility
• The National School may withhold or revoke certification in cases of misconduct or non-compliance
• Certificates are for educational and professional knowledge validation only.

8. No Placement, Job, or Income Guarantee

Fit Street National School does not guarantee employment, placement, income, business success, or client acquisition. Outcomes depend on individual effort, competence, and external market factors.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• All course content is the exclusive intellectual property of the Fit Street National School.
• Learners may not copy, record, distribute, resell, or reproduce content
• Sharing materials with third parties is prohibited
• Use of content for commercial purposes is not allowed

Violations may result in legal action.

10. Code of Conduct

• Maintain respectful behavior
• Avoid harassment, disruption, or misconduct
• Comply with academic integrity standards

The National School reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

• The National School may suspend or terminate access without refund if a learner violates these Terms, engages in misconduct, shares login credentials, or attempts fraud or misuse.

12. Limitation of Liability

• The National School shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the course fee paid

13. Force Majeure

The National School shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.

14. Third-Party Services

The National School may use third-party platforms for hosting, payments, or communication. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policies.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

16. Amendments

The National School reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
